Chinvat
Chinvat in Old Persian, Sirat in Arabic, is commonly known as the path or bridge which is the Divine Channel, the connection between Heaven and Earth, the channel between God and Man.
This bridge, which is maintained by God first in Manifestation and afterward through the power of the Covenant, we refer to here as the official channel for communication from the Universal House of Justice of Baha'u'llah, through the Executive Branch, the person of the living Davidic King, to the people.
Shoghi Effendi states: "the administration of the Cause is to be conceived as an INSTRUMENT and NOT a substitute for the Faith of Baha'u'llah, it should be regarded as a CHANNEL through which His promised blessing may flow”
"the ESTABLISHMENT OF GOD'S KINGDOM ON EARTH, the Spirit breathed by Baha'u'llah upon the world, can never permeate and exercise an abiding influence upon mankind UNLESS and UNTIL it INCARNATES ITSELF in a VISIBLE ORDER [The UHJ with the Davidic King as its president], which would bear His name, wholly identify itself with His Principles, and function in conformity with His laws [Every single provisions of the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha]." (WOB, pp. 9, 19)
As long as it remains under the provisions of the Covenant is has this effect, if the administration comes out from under the provisions of the Covenant, than it is to be discarded and rejected. ‘Abdu'l-Baha furthermore, tells us, that if the people are spiritual than any system will work and if they are not spiritual than no system will work. That includes the Baha'i system, as well.
The spiritual remains unorganized and the true Baha'i Faith is an UNORGANIZED RELIGION, where the Baha'i Organization – the KINGDOM – is the government of God established upon the earth, for Universal Peace upheld through the Most Great Justice!
